Not been able to play too much today. Was really low amount of players on my main site this morning. Thinking of moving some of my br from there to stars as $350 mainsite and only $90 on Stars. I do like main site but find it slow in the mornings and as I work quite a few evenings I get most of my play in the morning! Any thoughts on this appriciated.
Also my micro filter bust so spent 3 hours trying to source a replacement. Finally got one and then found the old one was working again!!
Played a few $5.50 SnGs and came out up a few $$s.
Gonna grind some low MTTs whilst watching Reading beat Southampton and go top of the Championship.

No Joy on MTTs tonight. Double up first hour of 4kgtd and had plenty of fish on table but no cards. Finally got KK and was riase by the fish on my right (37 vp).
Pushed and he called with AQo, hit ace on river! Told him nh so hopefully he'll keep calling with AQo.

decent 4 way game with myself and one guy playing the bubble well. I get KK on bb and he pushes from bu. J6! Fair enough push but to hit a strt river hurt me. Went out next hand A9vs AJ!

TT villian sucksout trips 6s on river. He was holding A6 and called down a QJ6 flop and a 9 turn!
Had a few suckouts myself but all against shortstacks.
Then I hit quad tens and don't get a cent!
Gonna play 10 $1 sngs rock tight and see how bad my downswing is.
Done $50 on sngs and $15 on Zoom. (About 15% br) Feel my game is fine all spots have been ligit and my reads are fine.
Think the blip is over.
Played 5 so far and ITM on all 5 (2x1st, 1x2nd & 2x3rd).
Played rock tight until 10bbs then ICM. Got called all the names under the sun when 67s beat JJ but "ICM said PUSH".
Play another 5 now and make sure my MOJO is back.
I can sleep easy now!
2nd set of 5x $1 SnGs 2x1st and 3x4ths (All 3 had 4 really decent players. Think we were all playing ICM as I lost one to 67s and one to 89s (both bvsb)!

Would definatley recommend when you hit a bad patch, go $1 games for ten and play Rock Tight until 10bbs stage then ICM.
Managed to claw back a bit of my loses but more interested in checking my game was okay.
Think if I had stayed at $5 I would have done a packet. Managed to get away after blanking 10Bis (2xsets), regrouped and evaluated my gameplay at a lower level where (if I was playing badly) it would not hurt my br!

Back to some form after a rocky start. No bad beats but had KK run into AA a couple of times.
Did well on $5 double ups. Kept getting to 6 players left and the other 5 all went rock tight letting me push steal to safety.
Entered a few $1/2 Tourneys and managed to fairly deep in most. Missed the bubble on one when my AQ got called by AT and he hit board.
Best was 87th out of 2330 with a $25 win. Got in a race with chip leader (500K against my 70k with 5kbbs) I had KQ he called me with 33 and board held up for him. it was 48/52 so happy with play there. Especially as I was in last place (3bbs) when 100+ away from bubble. My AK got trip/trapped by BU on A67 flop. That left me really short and pushed with 54s and this happened:

Don't think I can hide from it anymore! I'm on a downswing! Only two days and still getting the odd win but -67%roi on SnG. And cash is really ugly! Only thing keeping me afloat is MTTs but even there I'm card dry and so having to ladder past bubbles!

Had 6 x 5th or 4th place beats when showing JJ or QQ and running into AA or KK all came one after the other it got so bad I was tempted to fold QQ with only 10BBs and 4 players left (Of course I still played it as the only way to beat a downsing is to play you A game and throwing QQ to an unraised pot is just poor).
Fish are loving me at the mo too. Got called by KJ when holding AK and Kon flop with J on river!
Even worse was the 65 which flat called my pre raise with AQ and 6A6 flop with Q turn.
MTTs
Only playing the Sunday Storm today and not changing my game. Plan is to double up each hour and stay under the radar until Bubble. Once ITM gonna mix my game up and try to target weak (nervous) players. As bubble is gonna around 12,000th there should still be plenty of fish about.
Sunday Storm
Got upto 8k in first hour. very nitty table and not very table aware. When I was in MP3 had sitout in BU and BB so stole almost all from here after seeing sb fold a freehand against his sitout bb!
2nd hour no movement and blinds started to hurt after the sitouts were blinded out. Had a loose callstation take one sitouts fish and he went from 8k to 52k in 3 hands!
Was down to 4.8k on 500bbs and got A7o with a limper in front! Pushed and all folded, same hand next hand a another limper infront, pushed again and limper called with TJs..... Jack hit on turn.
Played good game with good reads on all. Amazing how many players change there raises depending on their hold cards! One guy limped everything upto TT, Min raised KK and AA and pushed any AJ+. Only know this because he kept showing his hands after everyone folded!
Back working for the next 10 days (Double shifts most days) as the other chef has decided he needs some time off (lightwieght). Grinding suspended until after that. Will prob. have a full 2 weeks of as I have forgotten how to talk to people in the real world!
Hopefully when I come back I will have got rid of this negative mindset I had for the past 3 days! Amazing how quickly your brian can tell you that your being unlucky and that you can't win anything less than a 91% SD. Looked back over my stats for the past three days and realised I had tilted BIG STYLE on Zoom after a couple of beats. Need to watch this in future.
Still up nicely for the month (60%) but the tilt cost me another 10% on the month!
