I would of been a little worried if he was a tight agg. player and having two over pairs(AK). worse scenario would of been if he had pocket AAs and he hit quads. But other than that it was good SSS play against a big stack I wouldn't have played it any different.

and nh by the way.

with QQ we have to reraise him up to 0.8 and call (move all in) his 4-bet on preflop. nh :)

Nothing to worry about. Just re-raise him 3 times the amount he raised. When it's close to a push, you can do it directly.

i would raise to about $1 from BB and call a push, of course

I was debating a 4-bet but decided on a very rough 3-bet. I also contemplated whether I would be behind to AJo+ which is a wide range.

You are in a blind battle here, so 1. he could an wide range of hands, which he 2. could also easy 4 bet against a shorty like you, if he underestimate you.

So raise to $0.75, call any push and push any flop if he calls.
