what should i do on the flop??
the sb is 25/14/2.8 and the co 31/19/1.7

Call the flop then fold if CO jams over the top.

if co just calls and the sb bets again on the turn 10$ into a pot of 40 then do i call again??

That depends on your reads at the time of what you think each of your opponents is capable of. But yes calling again is fine. Both opponents are probably weak (due to SB not betting the pot on the turn which he would if he had the nuts) and also CO would likely raise as well with the nuts.

But there is no point raising yourself as you just isolate yourself against better hands. Your flush draw could be good, so call and see the river card.
