At first hand vilain's big c-bet was shouting protection so i guessed he was holding a pocket pair or a weak Ace, so i called and got payed. Unfortunately after 2 or 3 hands i run into a similar situation but with a different outcome. I thought that my weak Ace could be fine even against his possible pocket Kings but despite this thought, the K on the turn and his small bet which was obviously to make me bluff him, i called and later on i went broke! 
I was influenced by the earlier hand.
1st case: Should i have shoved the flop for protection and value or calling was ok?
2nd case: What was the optimal way of playing all the streets and especially the turn?
