that raise is showing huge strength. I dont know if I could fold, but you probably should.

3x does not show strength at all. Fish raise 3x to look strong and make it seem like you have no fold equity when in fact you do. Strong players don't raise to 3x. If I had a nickel for every time i've seen idiots raise to 3x with their 10bb stacks then fold to a shove. 
3x b vs b is normal imo ... you shouldn't make it smaller than 2.5 here with a normal raise because bb gets such good odds!
as played -> with fe -> i shove
without fe against better player i probably fold!
