villain: passive donk

flop and turn for protection. on the river, with $3.25 behind, what would u do? check/call to let him bluff on that K (or with the possible missed FD) or bet to get value from his 99?

I'd bet the flop and turn bigger for value.

River: check/call
It's hard to bet for value here imo, no weaker hands are going to call.
With a check I keep his whole busted draw range in game, and he may bluff--> check is +EV.

I hope Veriz thinks the same.

Hello MancaMulas,

Yep, I agree with Imimba1, I'd also Bet the flop & turn bigger. Although as played the river as you said he is passive so you would assume he is not even bluffing. Therefore might be safer just to Bet/Fold it like $1 and get value from weaker PPs or even some pair type of hands.

Only missed draws which makes sense is FD but those passive players wont bluff with them anyways so might be even towards Check/Fold if I'd check.
