We must do three things in NL10,preflop tight,postflop Vbet,brave fold.

No the term is Fit or Fold; he either fits his hand and continues playing or he folds.

Against those players it is highly profitable to raise with 87o. Against people who just randomly call pre & postflop, raising this is the worst thing you can do because you dont flop Toppair often

So once again there is no correlation between AF & the way your opponent plays so I advice you to study the articles again to get a better understanding of how statistics work

I foresee your opponent being loose-passive hence a more or less being a callingstation so raising 87o is a bad idea here
