How long should I spend reviewing my hands after a session say I finish around 12 is allright to only review till 1:30 or should I go until I'm finished?

go as long as you need. I would be more productive by choosing specific things to review, rather than just browsing through games (which is boring). If you think your late stage ICM needs work, then load up sng wiz and plug in some hands, if you think your early stage post-flop play needs work then use a HEM filter and have a look (post qns in forums). if you are having particular problems with 1 reg, then use a HEM filter and study his hands vs you.
there isnt a set rule for study, you just do what you can consistently. the most important thing imo is to keep doing it frequently, it gets overwhelming if you let it back up then you just end up forgetting it altogether.
April 2012 Review
Hey All, hope everone had a good April, I didnt I have been running super bad for what seems like forever it pretty sicknering really. So its been my worst month in poker and pre rakeback which makes it even more sick I didnt really think after clearing a $500 bonus at the start of the month that this would be my worst month ever. yep its been sick loseing over 100BI in 8 days hurst and the mysety of why my red line keeps going down which makes me feel worse. Its not like I sundenly came to this site and started playing bad poker.
Anyway everone proberly stoped reading by this point haha and I'm sorry for all the whingeing I'm just felling alot of presure atm every footy training session I go to I keep getting asked when am I gonna sign on and I have to keep tealling them when I can.
As far as real life everone is going really well with my weight loss im getting so close and if my predictions are right I'm only 4 weeks away from my goal and my footy team hhasbeen doing really well aswell.
So lets all run good in May!

Nah, unfoutently cashouts take a little bit longer than Party (3 days to MB) so yer didnt get it, but still got free doomswitch for drawing the money to get it haha...

Monday-Friday look through marked hands to make notes (this should take less time then it used to because I think I'm gonna change the way I take notes because I take to many pointless notes instead only gonna take notes like "reg limps As with less than 13BB" etc)

Looks like my blogs gonna turn into a whinge blog....I cant belive how bad im running seriously how can I run this bad for so long its such a joke loseing basicly every day...loseing to all these retarded regs that never table select and play so bad...BR under 1000 for the first time in ages when I got up to 3300 and cashed out I thought great here I am I'm ready to start makeing serious money but ever since then just 1 bad beat after the other.

Far out a bad start to the day and I think my mentel game has sliped all ready, I wish I could stop but I have to grind like 12 hrs a day to clear this bonus... I'm considering leaveing after this incriment of the bonus. I just cant stand loseing 6 outta 7 days a week and I dont think I can beat the Ongame SNGs or maybe not even any SNGs....im so confused right now maybe I made a really poor life choice trying to become a pro poker player.
Ok not doing coaching now cashed out of RK not sure but proberly heading to Party or maybe not depsoiting aywhere....anyway so the long and the short of it is that I'm quiting SNGs maybe poker.
I think I'm going to get a Job at the mines doing laboring.

well, I don't know what to say.. you don't necessarily need to quit SNGs/Poker if you intend to work right?.. though a long break might do you well .. I still believe that you can definitely make it ITLT!
?(... is that really the only job you can find there at your place? that really surprises me.. what about being a waiter? or sth that is a bit less harsh than working at the mines ..
