Anyone read it? I read a very interesting and positive review about it, but would like to have a second opinion about it.
It was just shipped to me from Amazon!
So, I'll have it in 4 days along with a couple other books.
I guess in a week I could offer ya a review here
looks like a decent book (much unlike kill phil).
also looking forward to your review!
This is the review I read: xxx
If the link isn't allowed, sorry, delete it please.
EDIT: I deleted the link.
I got the book.
I got Collin Moshmans book too though, so I'm reading that first..
From a first glance and some "here and there" reading it looks awesome!
Introduces some new concepts, and has a TON of diagrams, tables and such.
Tables with push and call ranges, strategies on accumulating chips on every stage of the MTT, some strategies on sngs (even has a whole chapter with a detailed analysis on the Monte Carlo Invitational SNG) and a bonus chapter for short handed cash players.
Talks alot about fear and fold equity, equilibrium plays, bubble factors, endgame strategies and oprimal heads up play.
I believe that I will not regret buying this book rather than waiting for its pdf in the net ![]()
I'll prolly post an extended review once I read it, but I believe there are a lot of reviews on the net already.
The book was written by Aussie millions winner Lee "Final Table" Nelson. He has a poker program on local TV called Celebrity Joker Poker. He advertisers his book there, and I'm definitely getting it
