With those stack sizes(>100bbs deep effective) I would have raised pre to isolate. Your hand is very good, but it works better if you see a flop HU. Flop and turn play are ok, but on the river you really need to fold, just check fold or bet fold in the worst case. Your hand looks cool because you have a full house, but think what could he have that he's raising with? If it's a fishy/bluffy/spewy/drunk player you might decide to call the river raise, but to raise is -EV.
