Standard c/r although I'd muck against the three bet. Unless you have some sick history his range should be weighted toward the nuts here since he can't reasonably expect you to fold a FD, top pair or even strong Jx.

The only reason I called the 3 bet is i was getting 6:1 pot odds to hit my gurshot surely if he does have a monster like a set he's Gunna pay me off if I hit so big imPlied odds

This would be correct with deeper stacks, however your implied odds aren't good enough with the shallow stacks of hypers.
