I'm really feeling pleased with my overall play at the moment, I know its not many hands to you zoom multi-table grinding monkeys but today I managed 1k hands

By the way..
Rather than editing each post, you haven't ever considered creating a player alias called Roo and link only the relevant screen name .. on PP is it you play? to it?
Would save you loads of effort in MS Paint and make sure nothing bad happens in case you were to forget to do it even once!

The sound was playing up and I could not fix it
I recently switched to "windows 7 professional" and I seem to be struggling to get it set up as it should be.
On a good note the coaching was still excellent
I thought it was far from excellent, man so many software updates on my laptop >.<
Even changed my password only to be never recovered until the point I was lucky finding out I could recover it

Gerv, I have learned so much from all your coachings, i know sometimes we have some banter but you have a great style of helping us fish
Last nights coaching was a little delayed because of technical problems but the quality was A+
You have even managed to get a fish like me to win ( I believe I'm running better than you are )

Really enjoyed the Sweden - Ukraine game im a big fan of Shevchenko he is such a quality player....England have got to up the game to beat them
Got home from work tonight and was feeling really tired...opened a few tables and started making some crappy decisions, so have closed down the poker for tonight.
My biggest tilt is from feeling tired, a few months ago I would have been angry at myself for making those bad decisions and tried to win back the 2 buyins(60bb total due to me playing mss) that I lost and as you know once we start playing with those kind of emotions our roll suffers, it's great to see through this and find a +EV sollution
Now what am I gonna do with myself for the rest of the evening.....

Yes its like a light bulb comes on in my head and and some pokerstrategy advice kicks in
Its happening more and more lately and I know I'm a long way off being a great poker player but something is definately rubbing off
Any step in the right direction is amazing progress when you realize it's already happening though, right?
If self improvement was easy and could be planned and executed on a schedule, everyone would be doing it and there'd be no fish left to steal money from, right? ♦
