so i have Net+
Yesterday for the first time did withdrawal @ ATM, all is prety good, but since neteller cards dont allow my local curency i had to pay curency exchange fee and withdrawal fee.
as i see POS (point-of-sale) have no fee at all, only curency excange fee.
So t6he Question is, POS basicly are shops that allow to pay with mastercard right?

As far as I am concerned POS do have fees if they are done in different currencies, please look below (or click on the picture to see directly on their site) and check if this helps:

Propobly i will ask directlly to neteller suport, but as we can see POS are free, so i gues that means that only excange fee aply to transactions 
And yes so im right that POS are shops and online markets where i can pay with my mastercard, not only cash!
