Not too many hands on the guy, he's a shave lose at 23vpip. He steals fairly often and is capable of folding to 3bets so I try for a sneaky resteal.
The cbet may be a little dubious here. Anyway he takes quite a long time to decide what to do here and eventually calls. Because he took so long I made a relatively small bet on the turn anticipating the fold.
The plan here was bet/fold, if he called, re-evaluate on the river and if nothing really changed to check/fold.
