i think this hand depends on what you think he does with his absolute nuts (sets) and his strong draws (89) , compared to what he does with medium strong hands like A7o.

most people would flat all of the above hands i mentioned, which means you can put him on solely overpairs/air and call flop c/snap turn.

TBH i think its risky, given his flop raise size (large part of his stack). im not going to get out of line here without more history.

I feel the only hands you want to raise in villain's shoes here are 6x? 7x, 88, 99. Agree/Disagree?

it depends so much on meta.

i think the standard thing to do vs a reg SB is to flat everything. then you can balance your floats. You can probably raise pure air (very unbalanced) because I think it looks really strong without having history.

Once you develop dynamics, I think you either have to attack these boards constantly with air/7x/overpairs/sets etc... or choose to float a lot and balance that by calling all value hands. I choose to float wide because I dont think you can credibly rep a decent range with a flop raise. Which is why i dont raise this board often.
