CO is pasive but the sample is low, so not that clear if this is good hand or not. But I guess to just call is ok. Only the problem is if I call flop and raise with flush posible, everyone might fold. On the other hand - fish still should not fold top pair. And if they have worse pair on flop, they might fold it to a raise, but I don't need to protect agaisnt worse pair. Plus if I raise flop, I risk to get reraised, which I don't want, so another plus for calling.
