Hello, so I wanted to withdraw money to my bank account, but unfortunately, Neteller doesn't let me because my account is not verified?
I mean they don't let to get money off without vertification? No way..

Hi Saruniks,
I'm afraid that is a very standard procedure among many poker rooms/eWallet companies.
You sure have had this experience at a poker room as well right? What documents are they asking for?

I don't have any document showing my address (90 days old)
that's the problem
The whole point of companies like Neteller is that you don't have to expose your bank details to many Poker or Casino companies. If they will not process cash withdrawal back to your bank account without overstrict ID verification then they become more of a problem than a solution. Sometimes when the relationship between a poker site and Neteller has broken down the only way to retrieve your cash is to request a wire transfer from the poker site, exposing your bank account details to the poker site, which is what you tried to avoid in the first place. Neteller need to completely overhaul their procedures and become much more transparent in their dealings with the public. Would this be acceptable service if it came from your bank, I think not.
Poker sites and e-wallet sites should continue to get these verifications. Its all in order to protect them and protect us.
You obvioulsy want to send the money to somewhere? So get your bank to issue you a bank statement that shows your address. simple. If you use e-banking then you could probably just get one straight from the banks web site. You play online poker? so you have web connection that you get a bill for? Maybe its in your parents name but I believe they accept that (if the same surname)
I think you are confused, maybe because I attached this reply to a rather old thread. Of course ID verification is necessary. My bank has known exactly who I am for the last 35, and they don't go around freezing my account and not bothering to tell me. If however I did need to send Neteller additional ID, I have paperless billing for both my internet provider and my bank like most people nowadays. Online banking printouts are not accepted by Neteller by the way, you need a scanned copy of a paper bill, with all four edges visible on the scan. I know Pokerstrategy have teamed up with Neteller and the pokerstrategy staff seem to be doing a good job resolving Neteller issues for site members, but frankly that's a job Neteller staff should be doing, No?
