whats your biggest downswing? please answer with % of your bankroll...

currently im in a huuuge downswing and i really feel sick... i lost 50% of my bankroll, havent cashed any tournament, in cash games i just lose, every single day i have a losing day for like 5 days or even more.
i start wondering whats goin on?
when will i start winning?...
i play terrible and im so out of luck.... i dont wanna whine like im unlucky cause ive been lucky and will be too, but i dont know what do i need to fix?

should i take a break? how long?
i really enjoy playing poker but i fucking hate losing all the time, i sometimes get pissed too of all this crap happening... i really dont wanna lose this money, i had about 1k and currently 600$... thats alot of money to me

so please answer whats your biggest downswing and how long did it last

i know this is a noob question which is going over and over again, but noobs will always be there!

More than 60% of my roll in over 300+ tournaments, happening right as I'm writing this :)

1.5K€ is actualy my biggest from last month..
I hope I will have biggest very soon.. =)

~65% in cash games 6max, had to move down limits. Was very hard and demotivating at first.

Still alive though, and climbing out the hole... baby steps.

lost ~20%, then moved down for another 15%, then got it back. YES

I cannot answer your question because I don't have a standard BRM..
I play my limit so I don't care what is my BR, I cash-out so often, I use to play over-rolled..

As I play FL it means something like 600BB downswing in ~25K hands, and also I play some NL, something like a downswing of 1.3K bb in 10K hands..

But now I re-up =)

PS: with a standard BRM I don't want to lose more than 5% of my BR.. maybe 10% if it's realy tiny.. ^^
