Sorry for not answering, Coach had his master thesis to get finished and now I am back and done with master degree. And don't worry about your English, you can learn both here. Most of the English community members ain't having it as first language.

Question 1: What is your motivation for playing poker?

Well the first and most important reason is that i enjoy a lot playing poker,I love the game(live or online, cash or mtt`s) Im only used to NLHE now but want to learn PLO and Stud in the future...Poker is kind of a hobby for me

Second is to make money of course...Im very motivated on adquire the concepts and the discipline to play poker online and reach the stakes to make money

Question 2: What are your weaknesses when playing poker? (What are the mistakes you know you are making during your games? Are you playing while you're tired? Are you tilting easily? Want to see the showdown too much? Write down as many as you think are affecting you.)

Weaknesses: Im a fish

I used to tilt very easily...but i think im getting it away from my game...

Mistakes:

-In the past tilt(very often..)But now i rarely tilt... i feel how i burn inside when a villain hits a one outer and makes me lose a huge pot LOL, but i calm down and dont blame him and i dont change my game at all...

-Mathematical concepts ,how to apply them faster...

-Concentration

Question 3: What does it mean to play tight aggressive?

Well for me is a poker style wich means playing a reduced range of hands, and being agressive to extract value off your oponents when you have the best of it and use that image when you are bluffing..

I think it works because you are very often ahead against fishes and loose players, so in the long term way you re going to win more hands than them...

Easiest way to fight against tilt is to set up stop-loss technique. Which means if you for example have lost more than 3BIs for a session then you just stop the session for some time. The BI amount is set up from your own results. Some may put it higher, some lower. Also after the stop you can spend some time with evaluation part to become better.

Another option against tilt is to set yourself shorter sessions which might avoid you from tilting. If you playing longer sessions then it's more likely that during that session you can get upset. So work on your game and try to find out what makes you tilt and try to fight against it.

Most of the weakness you wrote can easily be fixed by posting hands (analyzing your session). We will start writing feedback to your play. Usually negative feedback will put you into thinking phase and trying to fix all those leaks. It's almost the same as you lose money, you will remember it more than winning part. By this situation it's gonna be that negative feedback you gonna remember and try to avoid them next time.

Lack of concentration is a common leak for beginners. Listening music, watching TV, reading forums, although people don't understand that those kind of distractions will just make you lose more money. Ain't ya there for win money? So act like that and force yourself always close all kind of distractions and try to stay concentrated on the tables. Everyone will find their own way how they are able to concentrate more. Try remind yourself often what you are doing on the tables and keep it this way. With time you will get used to it.

About math we will have enough of concept about it and also some tools to calculate some easy things as equity etc.

Tight style is usually called playing selected hands. Like following the Starting Hand Chart. Aggressive should be also pretty clear that already the word says how you should be playing. But the problem playing aggressively is that you have to watch that you don't play too aggressive. Find good spots, find good targets.
