UTG raises, CO 3-bets, 3 folds, UTG calls

Flop: (7.4 SB) J :heart: 9 :heart: 4 :heart: (2 players)
UTG checks, CO bets, UTG calls

Turn: (4.7 BB) 5 :heart: (2 players)
UTG bets, CO folds

UTG is loose-passive fish, so his raise looks more like a strong hand.

CO is a weak tagish regular, who makes few preflop mistakes which make him quite easy to read. I think he's quite good position aware and his 3-bet is very strong like 88+AQ+/AJs ll be bottom. I think my AJs is not good, AQs would be snap call, with AQo I think calling here wouldnt be the worst but still i would be in tought spot, where I have to hit Axx board and not get any action from them.

CO's Range may be even tighter. Maybe he doesn't even reraise with 77 88 Preflop. Given you already posted the SB, you need to coldcall 2,5SB more. BB will frequently fold so you get another 1SB deadmoney. So your required EQ is about 2,5/10 = 25%

But if you modify CO's Range and if you consider reverse implied odds and position disadvantage i don't know whether it's better to fold.

Lets say you got AQs
