I have AF 2.3-2.5 on FR and I see myself as really aggressive. I guess I'm aggressive in wrong pots...

0.5/1$ SH? It's weird but on the low loimits my AF was higher too. :)

OMG

this is Fixed limit

I thought it's about no-limit...

You NL players should really ignore FL section
(hint: that minus button before "fixed limit")

;)

Now I'm just waiting for sismis to tell his AF in this thread too

It depends....

A simple AF number isn´t very helpful. You always have to relate it to the WTS (like the Vpip and PFR).
The "right" AF won´t help you at all if your WTS is way too high and you´re way too agg.
Second it depends on how your opponents play. For example if your playing against a calling station, you value bet more and therefore your AF rises.
If you´re playing against a maniac you normally play SD Bound or try to indcue bluffs and check/call more.
Last but not least it depends on your style. Kobeyard85 (a german high stakes player and black member) has an AF/WTS like 3/44 wich is pretty laggy.

Bur nevertheless the pokerstrat. recommended AF is somewhat between 2.5 - 3.5 with an WTS between 35 - 38 %.

But trying to improve your game by simply changing your AF is a pitfall. Better try to find your spots where to be aggressiv and where to call down or fold, and your AF will level itself.
