I would bet the river just around half pot here. Worser hands, as missed draws will fold here. If villain has a monster like trips T or flush than he will raise you and we have an easy fold. As played villain can represent so much that you can't call this one.

Rest of the hand I would played the same. Only bet bigger preflop.

Hello cozacu,

You could still block-bet/fold the river even cause he definitely has worse hands in his range. Also avoid him turning some hands into bluff which will be difficult for us to Call vs the pot size as what happened.
