He pushed 3rd time in a row after bad beat. What range should call such players?

Does it mean that you call a push of 25BB with AQo?

No, it doesn't mean that but if you read his sentence that the guy pushed with a lot of hands. :) Depends a lot on the opponent and specific situation. It's also BvB.
