I think I played this too passively imo
$13.33 MP1
$10 MP3
$10.77 Hero CO

I just flat called the flop as mp1 seemed like a bit of a calling station and I didn't want him to fold
on the turn I checked as I felt he was weak and would maybe call more marginal hands on the river or bluff if I check behind

looking back I think this was a mistake as he called me down very loose on the river anyway

MP3 seems like calling station.
As played: I would bet turn and shove river.
He might call you down with Q or J flush
I would min-raise flop. If he has set/wo pair/flushdraw, he would call you min-raise. Then you can make 1/2 potsize bet on the turn and the rest on the river.
