I came across this similar thread today also.

I suggest you remain patient and hopefully Poker770 see sense as DafaPoker did and pay you the money back like they did in the other thread.

Obviously, I cannot guarantee this will happen but if speak to them politely and patiently you have nothing to lose.

Regarding the 770 supports response I think maybe that they are confused with exactly what has went on.

Quite often on regular cash tables I get players who see a flop and if they have a a draw of some sort but somebody makes a bet that they can't call then they close down the poker client or turn their internet off so that they act as an all in player and can see the turn and river without committing more of their stack.

Having spoke to some customer services on 770 I got the impression English was not their first language and maybe they are confusing the 2 situations and think you sat out with your chips in play.

that is called disconnection abuse and against t&c however like most things on ipoker they will not do anything about it

just to put in, pokerstrategy gave me $50 to play with on poker770 and i cleared it and tried to cash out before they asked for lots of documents...It was so complicated i ended up going to higher stakes and blowing it, my advice...dont ever put money on this site!!!!

Every poker site need docs for pay out.
Don't know why are you so puzzled by it.
Credit card, id even some bill scans are needed.

I have some question bout poker 770.
I played my flush draws and didn't get a single 1.
played 15 and didn't get a single one.
then i played 16th and guy had a higher flush.

i want to say that i also took the 50$ and make them 285$ in a few months

when i registered i put fake name (stupid thing) but i ask them a name edit and they accept it right after i send them some ID and utility scans (other sites like Party poker stole my account of 1425$ when i asked them for a name edit and ofc send them all the documents they asked me)

the customer support was very good and fast (unlike Party poker that were hiding for days and days), i withdraw the money easily and i thank them for that

the problem with poker770 and ALL ipoker sites is the god damn card generator.. every player that knows basic poker can understand what i am saying

unless ipoker fix that my advice is stay away from all ipoker clients

I had a problam withdrawing from poker770. The site is a joke it took 5 days back and forth sending my bank statement,Drivers Licence, Utility bill and they wanted the front and back of my credit card, they wanted everything but my DNA. I told my bank manager what they were asking for so he could give me the bank documents. He was outraged with them and told me to stay away. Thats from my canadian CIBC bank manager. Anyways they e-mailed me saying my drivers licence was not good enough, then I lost it on the chat and he came back saying it was accepted. So it really does look like a delay tactic so you blow money on the casino or whatever, and everytime you cancel a withdraw it takes days just to restart the process. So Funny thing I sent pokerstars my credit card front and back and they would not accept it because it was too much info and they told me to black out numbers on it. The fact they want the front and back of my credit card is crazy I think.

My advice is get them the documents but ask to have your account frozen untill they have processed you withdraw and then bounce. Because when you get mad you tilt so don't let them get the best of you.

I created a separate bank account that I use solely for online poker.

That way, you don't have to put your entire financial structure at risk.

I see that you are Canadian.
What method are you using to deposit / withdraw from Poker770?

I looked over the options there, and decided I didn't like any of their methods, so haven't deposited there yet.

This means, of course, that I cannot withdraw either.

I liked ipoker casino much better. in roulette if lets say if you bet on red they spin 10-12 times black or other vise lol i don't know exact odds and i don't care but i think its like 0.0000xxx or smth but that happens every time after few bets. I played live roulette many times and the biggest time it spined one color was 7 times i think. But in their casino odds to win is much greater then in their poker i think. When i analyzed my hands in PT - how many times they generate mono boards, how many times my overcards lost to undercards etc. i just withdraw my money and closed all acounts on ipoker and i don't think i will ever come back there. If you want to play on ipoker play on titan or ppp (at least pays money with no BS), stay away from 770. read in other poker forums about 770.

Every poker site asks for documents. Maybe you should read the Terms and Conditions before you tick the box confirming that you have read the terms and conditions.

But you knew that already. Sounds to me like you can't provide the documents becuase you are either underage, banned from the site before or multi accounting. By the nature of your post in this thread and others, i am thinking underage (like 12yo)

btw, using capitals for every letter is the internet version of shouting. maybe you don;t realise, but doing it makes you sound like a dick. And nobody is going to take you serioulsy while you do it.
