3bet pot delayed cbet

What do you guys think about this hand mainly on the turn. I don't know much bout the guy except he had his gold star so he's probably a reg.

You have a huge draw on the turn. Typically when you check this type of flop back, if villain has anything at all, he will donk the turn. So by checking again I think it's really clear that he doesn't have anything, so a turn bet should have a high success rate. I like a strong bet because villain has a medium strength hand at best (maybe something like QJ or TT) so we can get him to fold these hands.

OK great thanks. I was going to bet/call incase he shoved... maybe thinking he can bluff me off aces or a weak draw because I figure to be pretty weak on that turn too on average right. On the other hand, the only hand I think most players would muster up the courage to do that with is top pair with NFD which we're like 28% vs. on the turn. Bet/fold seems too sick though...

And I mean given his stack size, we could make the call but say he was another 30-40bb deep
