MP1 is a reg, flatted him preflop as he shouldnt be stacking off light, though maybe the chance of just picking up the chips would have been better. BB is complete fish.
On flop BB could have very wide range, lots of draws, pairs & draws etc. MP1 should have a very tight range when he shoves here, I think he only ever has AA, KK, JJ, 99, AK, but maybe he has other hands sometimes) is my fold good or do we still have too much equity here?
