For me, once he raises the turn, we are in a lot of trouble. 9x isn't in his range here and so unless we have some read that he's a maniac, I'm folding every time!

Here is some help for you how to convert hands and post them in correct format: link.

Raising the flop of course is fine but you are never-ever going to be ahead vs his line on the turn. I would most likely even Check it behind cause he could be trapping you. :) If we even Bet then it's Bet/Fold.
