ihho you should fold after reraise.According to basic strategy you should push after get reraised 99 when your stack size:bet size is less 2.5:1 ( formaly you had 2.8:1).I know you can say that my stack was less than pot,but think how much equity you have against reraising range (JJ+,AQ+)-39%.
Pot odds to you after reraise is 2.8:1 and odds to hit set till river is 11:1.You all in against one opp so don`t have implied pot odds.Looks not very favorable situation for me :).Fold and save some money for less rebuy.
I did not write about your opp,maybe he has very loose reraising range ?

so here i give vilain 99+, AJs+ , KQs , AKo which is pretty loose and you have

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 35.878% 34.87% 01.01% 211347732 6130452.00 { 99 }
Hand 1: 64.122% 63.11% 01.01% 382546980 6130452.00 { 99+, AJs+, KQs, AKo }

34,87% equity, and with you need about 40% to be EV+ , easy fold

btw , you have only 10bb , i think you should atleast have 17bb to play a proper ss strategy at those stakes

with 11.5BB its a push first in
don't play with >15 stack, if you don't know how to adjust, especially on nl 10
