Hello Farmarchist,

If I am 3betting for value vs this guy then it also means I am planning to go broke postflop on such a dry board.

Best Regards.

Hi,

Veriz do you really see people raising hands like 99-JJ on this board? Don't you think JJ+ and 22-66 (including 33 and 55 for semibluffs) is a more realistic range?

As hero pointed out "Kinda Fishy", fold to 3bet 23%, raise flop not very nitty so yeah, he could be overplaying his overpairs.

That's true that his AF is pretty low but I can't take a look at that cause the sample is very small, AFq must be taken into account here.

It's really close here and dependent on the dynamics anyhow. Had few similar situations yesterday where I had guys Check/Raising the same spots with JJ/TT. But against me it might be also a bit different cause I have an aggressive image.

But I do agree that I am never excluding from his range KK/AA and with overall passive guy K2AA72 might be even correct. But if I'd follow the plan is the question, usually if I 3bet for value vs such a guys I plan to go broke as well on dry board. Unless the W$SD is super high, which it ain't in that case.

yeah he is pretty passive... When someone raises this board in this spot I instantly think of sets...

low stakes loose passives probably just call down with 77-TT I would think...

Yep, seems like the case here. Might be a trap and not sets but rather KK/AA which try to be fancy. But of course we ain't excluding sets.
