Hi. I'm using HEM2 on betfair but is lagging so bad and lately has crashed twice in 2 hours.
I initially tried to use HEM1, but it doesn't import hands. The location is good, but it doesn't recognise the hand history files.
Is anyone there playing at betfair and using HEM1?

OK, fixed half of the problem. The HUD will work only with "table finder" 1st time. Then it'll work fine.
I've tried 5 version of HEM, and none is showing my hands.
HM1: please use this release: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.11_09Aug2012.exe
HM2: please use the latest official 7223: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Hm2_2.0.0.7223.exe

After this the import should work without problems
I had the last version, but installed it again. Still no hands in HEM, but my HUD is working.
When your Hud is working and the stats are updating the hands are imported in your database.
In this case i think you use the wrong player name, date/time, gametype or a filter.
Try filters -> clear and check all the other settings.
HEM2 is working, only HEM1 has problems. I'll switch to 2.
