PS is not a scam but Poker770 is not the best site out there to deposit your OWN money. If you still want to do so i highly recommend to read about that room in poker forums like 2+2. Endless problems with withdrawals. PS gave me two 50$ bonuses and offered other two but i had already accounts on those sites. But i won more then enough in PS 10k freerolls. Not big fan of online "poker" but because never had to pay for it my own money why not...

Yes it is true Kyyberi , I could have brought up this matter with different tone. I accept that, and that is why you are the coach and I am the student! I admit that I was pissed off!
The reason was cause I had a feeling that I have been f**ked and mr. gigovstrahil does not want to be f**ked by anyone except by mrs. gigovstrahil.
I didn't lose my temper right away, I address 2 times to PS customer support to make things right and 2 times they tricked me and the 3rd time I warned them that I will go public (the exact words was: "I suggest you to make things right and ask for a forgiveness from me and I will make sure all of this does not go to your forum") and they didn't even apologize! That is why I don't think that PS appreciates that I found out a clear error in their emails, they had not one, not two but 3 chances to tell me that!
And you can't tell me that it is humans error and again not ones, not twice but three times in a row and not by one but by two people working at customer support! That is not just unlikely, that is impossible!!!
There are many ways to make things right without giving me the 20$. (like some freeroll entry, or like 1 coaching lesson or what ever, or just a sincere apology) but no noo, they waned to make a fool of me.
Unlike some other that posted to this thread, I am glad that you recognize the PS error in this case, and I think that it is rood not to even apologize or/and to bear the consequences for this (lets just say) unintentional scam!!!
So lets see what will be the respond from the PS authorities, and how they will correct this error!!!
I appreciate the advise that you gave me about me exposing for this much (I am not saying that I consider this as a little thing, but still..). And I also am SSS player but I have problems dealing with bed beats. Believe me coach I am trying, I am trying hard! Same as this, I tolerate the first bad beat, also the second but the third one in the row is making me to punch the laptop! ♦

I very often agree with your opinions, but this time it sucks. First of all look what stands in the Email, which is clearly a lie then. Of course we could argu about reading the TOS. Secondly, from what is PS financing himself as a company(at least one part I guess)? I guess you know then it is not worth mentioning. And this is just a marketing trick that someone didnt read completely or understood completely. I think there arent that many companies in the world so it is obvious that PS it want write in the Email just in TOS where it is proven that most people dont read TOS. But I also think that he spents too much time whining about it and proving everybody that he s beeen cheated.

From time to time everyone feels that they have been treated poorly by a poker room.
How we react in that case says far more about us than it does about the poker room.
Even more so, how we react toward each other in the forum is a measure of our character -- or lack of it.
It distresses me that members have chosen to be less than civil in the forums.
In addition to learning, and helping others learn, the PokerStrategy forums should be a place where people can feel free to vent their frustration and get support. That has broken down in this thread. Too bad.
To the original poster:
Regardless of your problem, creating hostile rants in public places will never help your cause. Only quietly insisting that you get what was promised will ever work.
If a mistake was truly made, then the only reaction is that you got $30 you didn't deserve.
Think of it as you would your table image at poker. Ranting and raving will not help your life table image.
Cursing the people who gave you money for nothing by mistake will not serve to get them to give you more.
If the mistake was truly made, and if you truly complied with all the rules, and if you deal with Poker770 and PokerStrategy customer support calmly, politely and firmly, you will get every penny you are entitled to. But not a penny more.
If the rules changed in the middle, that sucks, but it may even then be sortable.
Good luck with your problem -- and at the tables.

Yeah i've been a combo of drunk/tilted last night and might of done some random and unnecessary trolling.
But still even if he feels cheated or whatever he doesn't have to handle things in such manner and bitching publicly on the forums. He can ask nicely, its way more likely someone will help you.
I didn't really read his whole post but just the bold stuff and from what i gathered there seemed to be some marketing trick/misleading marketing which does not equal scam.
There's a bunch of that going on where there's a promo and they have some rules written on the bottom of the page with smallest latters possible that they know most ppl will miss. Or they ''forget'' to mention something and only write it down in TOS.
But the fact is that the only thing protecting us(the customers) is the TOS that we chose not to read. The TOS is there for a reason and if your not sure about some part of a promo you should read it before making rage posts around the forums. If you don't then thats your problem, but they are legally protected and this form of missleading marketing even if its somewhat scammy it techincaly isnt a scam.

With endless pussy nerds like MatejM47 and Tomaloc (which thinks they are some kick ass pros) posts this site is worse then scam. i leave it for 10 years. Admins you can even ban me i don't mind
