Worst turn bet in the history of turn bets? My plan was to continue draining value from the fish but it turned out horrible. Should I check behind maybe?

Spoiler

fish had a gutshot + a K overcard
the other guy had 66, new trend to cbet 1/2 with sets on drawy boards and even check them after so everyone can hit their draws cheaply

Hmmm turn is tough.

I think CO never has better than us (almost never). So if we bet CO will probably go away.
Because UTG is a huge fish he can easily call our turnbet with worse so we can bet the turn for value vs the fish and free sd and mayb even make JJ/QQ from CO to fold.

So I like it

Hello BadeaCelRau,

There ain't many worse hands which pay you on the turn already. Which means we should be rather Checking it behind cause there ain't many worse hands which Bet the river either. :P We have an easy play.

Best Regards.

So would you check behind twice, including river? Or would you bet the river after everyone checked twice?

I think betfold turn is better than check back.

There is still a ton of value to be gained by fish and CO is mostly giving up unless he improves to a hand that beats us so checking just freerolls both of them.

If you do check back turn there doesnt seem to be any point in betting river, the only hands that call on the river are the hands that were drawing to better hands than TT on the turn.

You could make a small bet to get called by Fish but now all his 7x hands have bricked its a bit thin.

Well, from what do you get value there being in a multiway pot? Even if they are fishy players you don't get value anyways a lot there. If we Check then I'd also plan to Check behind the river. If I'd Bet the idea would be getting free showdown and maybe protect.
