Yes in principle you can resize a banner but you will loose the quality, especially of you try and make it bigger. So if possible, I suggest you use one of the available sizes.
If you can't work with what we are offering, a simple graphic programme like gimp, picture publisher or even paint can resize - but the results can disappointing.

i have made some changes on my websit to fit the generely size of banner.... after i visit around some affilate i saw the same size are ofered ... am new to al this ..... its ok now
