I want to comfort you,not only you have these hard situations.I saw Erick Lindgren vs Andy Bloch in some tournament on TV ,AA vs AA, Erick wins with Ace high flush,
Andy was out.
There is no justice in poker.

There was once a hand at a jackpottable (I think it was at Partypoker) where someone had a straightflush, the other one had 4-oak.

Now there is a rule that you need to BOTH of your holecards for the hand to win the jackpot.

Let's say (I can't remember it 100%) player 1 had 6♠ 8♠ and player 2 had T♥ T♣.

Flop was: 7♠ T♠ T♦
Turn: 9♠
River: J♠

Player 2s feelings:

Flop: NIce quads!!!
Turn: God damnit what a badbeat!!! A wait.... I've.... I I I.... badbeatjackpot. NICE!!!
River: Oh my.... oh my F*CKING GOD!!! Lifetimetilt....

This is a pretty sick beat i administered a couple of days ago. My turn equity was 0.3%.

Ps. grabem once again fails.

On a defunct hard disk i have the following hand:

About 100BB's ($20) deep, I get AI PF w/KK. My opponent of course has AA and flops a set to boot. Running kings save the day.

the hand posted by cirith is the ultimate bad beat omfg

The biggest bad beat in my opinion would be (postflop)

Straight Flush vs/ Royal Flush. Never happened to me, but I am sure it has happened to someone.

If that ever happened to me I'd turn into a psychopath overnight.
