Well especially on lower limits you will most likely get paid off if you have it - and someone is drawing or has something worse. Since its pot-limit you want to build a pot early and slowplaying doesnt help in doing this.
If you have the deck crushed with e.g. quads and someone is aggresivly betting into you - and you know you can get it all-in by the river I would e.g. call him down. But as a general rule hands are so vulnerable in Omaha that slowplaying is more often than not unwise. Hands like nutstraights/nutflushes are especially vulnerable - and underfulls / sets as well.
In this situations any card that is higher than a 3 but doesn't provide you with a pair could be giving someone else the nuts. Therefore build the pot and protect your hand.
In the case of this hand- lets say your opponent has ATQJ - he has plenty of outs against you and you dont want to be giving away free cards - or start building the pot when beat.
If he has 33xx then he might re-raise you - or call you down 3 streets.
truth of the matter is i would not slowplay except to check/raise a preflop aggressor in omaha.
even if i had AAxx here (cracked only by the possible straightflush draw) in a limped pot, i would pot on the flop :).

slowplay is a very bad idea in PLO most of the time. you are risking freecards, so you let your opponents outdraw you for free. bet-pot-button is your friend.
