i am feeling i start to play better and make less mistakes ...
my stats are still kidna nitty but i am trying to improve

i dont like to open raise for 4bb... i only open raise 3bb no matter if i have AA or 78s. i also open raise 3bb for UTG.
do you think this is ok ? i have kidna used to it.

i also hate short stacks that 3bet all the time am i forced to fold every time vs them ? hands like AQ medium pocket pairs etc

what range do you think is good to defend from the blinds ? i know it depends from the opponent but in general is good to fold AJs etc from bb ?
i also found my self in some hard spots vs short stacks stealers when i found my self at the blinds with pairs and some nice suited connectors...
is it better to just fold call or 3bet or a mix of all of those...

One thing you could try out to widen up a bit your stealing range. Since so far it seems that you play pretty standard strict to the SHC. You could widen up a bit your range.

Maybe even add some 3betting hands into your range but it's not a must. But so far it seems that you 3bet just only very strong hands. For example how do you play hands like AQo and etc if you face a decision in multiway spot?

AF overall seems to be also kind of small, might try to find more spots where to play more aggressively but of course it's not a huge leak, rather be passive than over aggressive and loose money by that.

Well, while your opening range ain't that wide then I don't like it that much. If you go higher limits like NL25 then sure why not since there most likely will also be your range wider.

Depends really on the short stack. If he has an aggressive image and is 3betting a lot then we might even play for the stacks with hands like AQ.

You can easily defend with those hands even like AJo even by either Calling or maybe even 3betting, depending on situation. Another possibility would be if you have a blocker in your hand then you could also 3bet if the opponent is stealing with wide range.

so in general i steal around 20% in total (i was stealing less that 10% before) how much is a good stealing % ?
do you thing that my vpip 12,5 pfr 8 is affected by my small stealing %?

well with AQo i 3bet only if i see that vilian folds a lot to 3bets
some times maybe i fold it from UTG some times i cold call from late position if someone raises... i also fold from the blinds vs a stort stack.

the AF its a little strange i play 6 tables most of the times i see my self in some tables with AF at 1 in some others with AF 5 but in general i am around 1-2 !

i have tried many things and best for me works the carefull play with no many risks... every time i try to wide my range , 3bet more or play AK QQ JJ etc vs small stacks i get crushed...

Stealing in FR vary, but it's towards to be about 26 - 46. So yours is still kind of low. And it may easily cause your overall VPIP/PFR as well of course.

Most likely it's gonna be the safest option. With time you will adjust your game anyways yourself as you will start to realize how the game is played.

Hard to write an answer here cause as you may understand that kind of topic would need couple of articles. Easy adjustment is to play tighter and wait for hand and that's it.

No, unless you are really good postflop. But I guess you ain't that good cause you wouldn't be asking those questions.

Tight is good option but why big raises? You make your hand easily readable if you raise with strong hands big and weak hands small.

Depend what are medium strength hands for you, if they are possible to play multiway then sure, but something like KJo I wouldn't be fancy with them cause they ain't for multiway pots.

Why? We should rather 3bet for value mainly.

What do you mean by more? Raise standard amount. By raising very big you make once again easily readable your hand.
