Would you do anything differently with this hand? Villain was 51/8 for 74 hands. He has some 2-pair hands, sets and maybe even Ak, AQ so I think I am ok to call

Hello 0744379,

We can't really exclude even better FDs there, so I'd be more cautious on the turn. If you assume he is paying you on the river if you hit your flush then sure, we could Call there with the implied odds.
