Well, we could easily edit a bit the ranges and stuff, like for example unless he is super loose you wont see K6 hand or something similar. Also I am not sure even how often the guy is going to shove with just FD in those spots, he would rather play it passively unless it's a pair+FD. Which means maybe KxQ:c. We need ~45% equity to make it profitable and for example for this range which might be realistic:

we ain't really getting it. Unless we of course put into the range which you actually set up. So which means actually it doesn't seem to be easy call. Even with your equities as you show it's kinda near break-even.
