Should I just call his min 4bet pre flop? The money would go in on flop most times anyway but if there was an Ace on flop I would have an easy fold.

do you have his open from utg?
i would imagine that stat is even smaller than 8%.
when you get click 4bet by utg who is so nitty, i think it is a fold even though
3b folding QQ is gross. you cannot profitably setmine, and i dont think villain would play AK this way

Against such a nitty player as long it's 6max you should just Call than 3bet it for value vs UTG.
