I want to put a screen shot of my hem2 in these forums but can't do it, am i being stupid here? I can take the screen shot and paste it into my note pad but I cant paste it into this grey box. Do I have to do something with the BB codes? I have clicked on the image one but have no idea what to put in there or how to find out what I should be writing in there. Sorry for being such a computer noob.

You need to take a screenshot with your Print Screen key, open Microsoft paint and paste it there, then save it as an image.
Then you need to upload the image to a hosting website such as www.imageshack.us
once it is uploaded they will give you a link to paste on forums so we can see it here.
Or you can use snipping tool in Windows 7, just press start and type its name in a search box

Just copy the direct link Imagehack gives you and then paste it in the pop you that opens when you click on the "image button" on the forum.

Or, you could use a tiny software called screenshotuploader ( http://screenshotuploader.com/ ) with which you can use a hotkey to upload and share screenshots (or even just a part of the screen) conviently.
