i play 1-2 , 2-5 , 5-5 , 5-10 that kind of stakes live on casino's and i and i can say i made profit mostly.But when i play online (which i prefer to play micro stakes on online like 0,10-0,25) i cant make it !!! why is that ?

you might be not adjusting your strategy. In live probably you can rarely bluff, because players are calling stations, in online you can bluff more, steal more blinds, 3bet bluff vs steals and so on. I am not playing live, but thats from what I have heard.
Post your stats if you have program like holdem manager. And which type of table you play - FR or SH
first of all thanks for reply.i am not using any software but i want to ask is it possible that i am playing low stakes that i im used to play ?
by the way game is exactly same as you play live , besides if you play live you can see more tells if u understand what i mean ! Not about the bluff you mentioned earlyr.
I have very little experience in live poker but online I'm a winning player, so I can give you my point of view about your situation, for what I see your first mistake is to think a 0.10/0.25 online game is easier to beat than a 5/10 live game, in a brick casino the lowest stake i can find is the 1/2 so if there are suckers that's where you can find them, in an online casino the lowest is 0.01/0.02 where you can find 90% suckers and 10% regulars with little experience or just the skills to be better than someone barely know rules of game in 0.02/0.05 online game you can sit in an average short handed table and usually find a good player a not so dumb player and 3 suckers and there are 2 other levels to reach the 0.10/0.25, so to be a winning player sitting in that kind of tables you must be able to win money also from good players when you have good hands. It's true that online you can't spot tells but there are stats, this makes mathematical skills even more important, because not only strategy but also reading opponents depends on interpretation of numbers.

First of all, I think I can speak for a lot of us when I say, "I'm envious your playing such high live games".
In general I think that live games are much more soft than online games, there is so much content on the internet these days to improve your game and keep up with the times. On the other hand, live players don't seem to go that extra mile to improve their game, there are a couple of reasons for this:
1. They are recreational players, they play because they enjoy it.
2. They don't care/don't realize they are much worse than a "REG".
3. They don't know the content is there.
So in saying this, I think that a NL25 players online would be much better than most live casino 5/10 players.
How do we fix this for you? ♠_cool:
Like some have said there is programs out there to find out what your stats are and to improve your game. Sure you can read the articles/ watch the videos, but you'll find it easier to track your progress.
Hold'em Manager and Poker Tracker are the two main ones.

Without experience of live games I think they are looser. Few hands an hour and recreational players. Online you can have many tables and it's easier to wait for good hands. I suspect the key is patience. Your opponents have better hands than in a live game, so you too have to tighten up more. Maybe that's the problem?
Honestly nl25 online is wayy harder than my regular $500 max live game.
Nl25-100 guys could crush live but:
1. they suck at adjusting to the live dynamic
2. distractions of the live/casino setting
3. lack of fundermentals of poker. They understand strategies based on these fundermentals but dont understand the fundermentals
4. lack of bankroll and bad money management
5. bad tilt control
you will need to do a few things to adjust to the online games
1. learn the way the online games are played by watching strategy videos and posting hands on this site and others
2. learn to use HEM or Pokertracker (seriously this is an absolute must)

ok that's interesting what dinamics are you talking about exactly can you give me some examples? because it's a mistake I made last time I took part in a live MTT (30€ buy in and 15' levels) a short stack player went all in on a whole 
flop and I had the top pair his all in was less than half pot size so I supposed he could do this stop and go with a lot of combo and isolated him he had a flush than during the next hands I realised he considered the words "all in" worth the same if you have 100bb or 3bb for him it was just "all in". And after a while I understood I was the only one that knew his stack size or cared about others'.

what do you consider a fundermental and what a strategy? I think that to survive online NL20 games you must be awared of both

I don't agree in online poker you play a lot more hands in a more aggressive game so downswings can be huge and you play mostly with players thinking at level 0 or level 1 so you can suffer 20/30 bad beats in just one hour

Both online and live play are real poker in every sense of the word. But they are also very very different (as has been pointed out above). I'm quite sure that the average online Joe (who is more respectfully called a regular, but not by me) will crush most world class live players (playing online). The converse is probably true as well.
There are, of course, exceptions, those who can play both live and online very very well. Durr, Antonius, ... And then there is Ivey.
