UTG+1 looks like a real strong hand here for me .

I also don't like your minrase. I prefer to call in this situation.
Just a personal advice: Be careful with playing such limits. Make sure your bankroll is big enough to stand swings. And make sure you beat all the limits below NL1k in order to be able to beat N1k over longterm.
