Here are my thoughts.

PF: He 3bets you, so the most relevant stat in this spot is actually the 3bet stat. And you left that out.

But based on his VPIP/PFR and the starting positions, I feel that 4bet/broke is probably not a good idea. So I like your call.

F: I think in general when your QQ is not strong enough to 4bet/broke preflop, then it means that you are up against a really tight range. Thus, checkraising the flop is going to be bad, unless you think he could overplay AK and call your shove, or he 3bets a small % of air which may stack off after hitting any pair.

I don't think you should c/r flop, so c/c is fine.

T: I probably c/c Turn again with so many draws on the Turn.

R: You definitely have the best hand. Now, what hands are we targeting on the River? I don't think he has JJ/TT all that much. We want AK high to make a hero call. So I like your really small size. I could go even smaller but you managed to extract value with your 45% pot size bet.
