Having some trouble

I will now start to play at Pokerstars, but I am having problems.

I had the software installed before, so I uninstalled it and installed it again by using the software in this link : http://www.pokerstars.com/sites/pokerstrategy/english/

However, I still do not get the "Information sharing" in the menu showing here : http://www.pokerstrategy.com/bonus/detail/424/

The program informed me there is an update avaliable for the software so i obviously clicked yes. Is this the problem?

I haven't registered yet, do i need to register first, and then the software shows "information sharing" window?

Well, WTF?

Little help please.

Hello DrFunk,

You need to be sure that you have deleted your browser cookies before downloading the software over that link.

After you have installed the software over the correct link - create your account. If you still cannot see the information sharing please contact the PokerStars support and inform them of your problem.

It works now, but when i enter bonus code "PSVIP100" while depositing it does not recognize it... Now what do I do?

I have read that you need to wait a day or so before using the bonus code? Should I write the support?

Im guessing it works now?

You do in fact have to wait ~24 hours until the bonus has been added to your account (since it has to be done manually)
