villain is a standard tag 19/15
is my line OK here ?
should I ever fold to his c/r in that spot ? I mean it's hard to see him on a bluff

That would have to be read dependant. What is his ATS, does he call 3 bets light.

His range would have to include pp, SC's and Aces from this position. You are beating TT and any Ace, so unless he does this with air or draws, you are beaten most of the time I think. How does he see you?

I was playing a taggy style, smth like 22/18. i had never played him before because that was my first shoot at NL100 so I didn't have any read

I was aware that I wasn't beating a lot of hands here, but I thought he might be doing that as a bluff too (with a draw or an underpair) to get my cbet (I would definitely cbet 100% of my range here, tell me if thats OK).

but I don't like to fold an overpair in a blindwar vs an unknown + if i stack off lightish once at the beginning its good for metagame

looks ok IMO. i can't really put him on a hand that is beating you except 98 or T9, and that's just a cooler.

on this board i also cbet all of my range.

I'm no expert, but I think cbetting would be mandatory here. Unless you want to mess with his head, and delay till the turn and raise all in there, which would be interesting, but probably completely spewy.

And I agree that if you stack off here, he knows he can't expect to get your money easy later on.

I'd check behind here: the problem is that by c-betting, villain will often raise with all kinds of hands: air, 2 pair, semibluffs, straight... We have showdown value and a gutshot, so I check the flop for bluff induce and pot control.

bet/shove is better, than check behind, call turn bet and folding river.

errm... we don't have a gutshot. 98xJ isn't a straight ;). there's no straight on the board, so i think we're almost always ahead .

why doesnt anyone consider aa kk in his range here ? . knowing that is b v b he may think that we 3 bet lighter in this spot so he doesnt want to 4 bet and fold a ton of our range and plans a check raise on any flop

bad luck then. blind vs blind, overpair < better overpair is just a cooler imo.

yeah i didn't really get what thorsten77 was saying either

@srohack, these hands of course are in his range, but I am not sure that means I have to fold here ?

Oooops, sometimes I see different cards than those that are acutally on the flop... ;)

Given the real board, I'd go broke as he may play any pair this way. Further, QQ/KK is less likely (he will reraise it preflop), while he may get tricky with AA. However, even though these hands are in his range, the larger part of his range are pockets smaller than yours, so its well played.
