CO open 19%, Fold to 3bet 43%, 4bet 29%

I think 6x QQ is not his range & shove for protect vs AXhh and some KXhh, suited conectors.
Flop flat is better? I think it not called by worse hand & shut his bluff when I shove.

Since you are OOP I think shoving is better. He can still have AQ for thin value that stacks off. Apart from that, I agree with your thinking that he rarely, if ever has 6x and QQ both combinatorically and because it's unlikely he flats them preflop. Furthermore, if he had QQ or 6x he doesn't always raise on the flop imo but that depends how you are perceived as well.

If you were IP you can consider calling and playing turns. If he checks you can still value shove any turn you want but when you are OOP you run the risk of him checking back turn, plus you never look like a weak hand when you just call here OOP. Nobody floats here vs raise with AK with backdoor hearts as a bluff OOP. You look like Qx or better.
