I'm pretty impressed with myself tbh i feel shit and great at the same time looking forward to see how my results improve on my next test

That aching feeling you get the next few days makes you feel awesome! :f_cool:

Good luck with the rest of the 59 days :f_biggrin:

This is what I thought as well.

Now this might sound as an excuse, but I'm not doing it right now because I don't have the time right now. I'm working again and I had a week to prepare 4 exams. And was just working the whole time.

If everything is over I'm going to start again though. I really enjoyed it while I was doing it!

One problem is that I lost 1kg during the 1 week that I did it and I'm not allowed to lose more then 2kg extra. So fingers crossed that I'll stay on my weight!

Did my first fit test today, too.

1 switch kicks 75
2 power jacks 36
3 power knees 55
4 power jumps 21
5 globe jumps 6
6 suicide jumps 11
7 push-up jacks 22
8 low plank oblique 28

Not too bad, I guess.

I had to stop because my knee was acting up in such a way I felt pain every time I put my weight on it. Guess that's the cue to postpone your insanity program for a while :f_frown:

To bad you can't make it NIVEKii but he at least you tried it right?

ATM am having a little break, december is a very busy time for me. But am still performing the 100 push up challenge. It is a little app for my smartphone which tells me when to do how much push ups in order to do 100 within 6 weeks from now. I do around 130 in 5 sets now and i feel am getting stronger each week.

In jan 2013 i will start to do the insanity assylum challenge which is 30 days, am realy realy looking fwd to it. I loved p90X but with insanity i get more of a pushing over my top feeling.

For those who do not what am talking about

I'll be moving onto the second half of insanity in the next couple of days.

How much harder would you say the second half is compared to the first? I can see the videos are all 10-15 minutes longer. However I won't know how hard they are until I do them.

Cheers :f_thumbsup:

It is basicly the same as when you just started insanity. First few sessions i only thought OMG i was thinking the first 4 weeks were tough but this is truely insane. But still smiling cause am loving it. Looking back at the program the thing that defenitly kept me going was Shaun T he is a true drill instructer who keeps on pushing you to the make. When i was i sleep i could still here him jam am scream that is should push harder.

I plan to insanity again next year cause i realy miss the feeling of pushing myself over the edge of what i would think my body could handle.

How long would you say it took before you started to see some physical changes? I'm almost 2 weeks in now and feeling better everyday, fitter, stronger generally happier but am not seeing much physical changes yet. I know its still early days and i would happily take the way i feel now over a quick flat stomach any day. Just curious to know?

Also how important would you say it is to follow the nutrition guide as well? I worked out how many calories i would need to gain/sustain/lose which i was pretty suprised at really, but am not following the diet strictly to the book. I'm eating a lot healthier and thinking about everything i eat a lot more just not really following the recipes in the guide

Have you taken a before picture? It'll be so much easier to see the changes if you compare old to new.
I've been taking one each fit test to hopefully see some progression.

Shaun T is the man.... however I can't say i've been dreaming about him :f_o: haha

Did the push up app duration test today. I was suprised but i could do 50 push ups now. When i started insanity in may i could only do like 15. At the beginning of the push up challenge i could do 35 so 15 in 2 week is not so bad.
