Against such a maniac and considering the strenght of your hand, I would normally Bet/3bet a blank turn again. The 7 is, however, a really bad card though as it lets straight draws get there and makes a 2 pair like 87 much more likely.

Hi wilm,

I like the hand the way you played it. 43 hands is too earlier to judge him as a maniac so the calldown is fine.
