Do you guys talk poker to your girlfriends?
Do they actually like listening to stuff about poker like some poker hands you might tell them about or some funny hand?
Mine seems a bit sick of it frankly and was wondering if many people even talk about poker to girlfriends?

I used to talk to her about poker, she got bored, mad and left. so answer is simple, never talk poker, under any circumstance...
Told her about poker, told her about my earnings she was ok with it. I however never tell her about downswings, she gets a bit mad. Our relationship suffers a bit becouse of poker im trying to fix this. We are together for more than a year now.
I tried to teach her the other day, and the flop came 6 T 9

I feel the same thing, she likes it when I have good sessions but is bored/irritated when I'm cribbing about bad ones. Its like I not only have to work on my mental game but hers too. ♦

I play SNGs/MTTs so she loves me when I bink something ♦ But hates the fact that MTTs last a long time. Although I only play one Sunday a month most months 
Just the general stuff, like if I played bad or good today, if I got stressed etc. Why bother talking about specific hands, if she's not poker player herself firstly she won't understand and feel stupid and secondly will get bored and annoyed.
